I would say if you really think that neither of them would except you don’t come out until you are old enough to be able to take care of yourself I’ll say this I myself am bi as well but the only reason why I actually came out was because I knew that my mom would except me I don’t live with my dad I think you also need to come to terms with the fact that your mom may treat you differently and also you should consider whether or not your mom or your dad is the one who has more of a say to the house matters

if you are even one bit unsure that you're gonna be wholeheartedly accepted a 100%, then please wait until you move out before coming out to them. worst case scenario you're gonna get kicked out. even if you don't get kicked out, you might not live as comfortably as before from reducing your allowance money or allowing you less time outside to trying to "fix you" into becoming hetro. only come out to them if you are sure non of those things are gonna happen.

I wrote everything out on paper and read it to them since I'm not good at speaking my mind clearly, you could also just give them the paper so they can read it for themselves. Remember to only do so if you feel like you'll be safe, good luck! Let us know how it goes if you do it!

My dad has the more say right now, I don’t Know, I feel like I’m just nervous about my mom but I feel like she will be okay with it but I’m getting this feeling that she will be a little bit different towards me. She has ask me a couple of times (the last time she asked me was about 2 years ago) if I’m gay and I said no because I definitely wasn’t ready to come out yet back then. I have already came out to my oldest sister and my closest cousin.

I’m sure that they won’t try to kick me out and try to fix me. I’m just uncertain about my mom. She okay with the lgbt outside of the household but idk how she’ll act when it’s her own daughter is bi.

But I think it’s still going to take me a bit more time to mentally prepared myself.

it's great that you feel safe. now it only comes down to when you'll tell them. I don't think you'll ever truly ready, but just don't rush yourself and find an appropriate time when both you and your parents are not stressed out so that you wouldn't be too nervous and your parents' reaction wouldn't be influenced by other factors. I wish you good luck and please keep us updated! also, you can always message me if you ever need to talk, regardless of the outcome.

I feel like you should definitely observe how she reacts to that kind of stuff if you find out anything about that because I’ll say this my dad has asked me the same things but I still haven’t told him but if you are pretty confident that your dad has a higher position I would just say don’t necessarily do it now if you don’t want your mom to change the way she acts with you but she probably already knows if she’s asking you
