People call that line corny, but it actually fits the situation if you look at the characters. Kim Dan telling Jaekyung to win isn’t just a cliché “go be strong” moment,it shows how much he understands what that match means to Jaekyung, especially with the championship on the line. At the same time, Dan is clearly holding back his own struggles after getting stabbed. He doesn’t want Jaekyung to feel pressured or distracted by worrying about him, so he pushes him forward instead. It may sound simple on the surface, but it’s more about quiet support and sacrifice than just a cheesy motivational line.









I'm okay with the ending because maybe the author will tell more of the story in a side story. But I'm just curious whether the Black Team and the coaches already know about their relationship. Hahahaahhaha
