I don't really think that's cheating, cheating requires an emotion or a bond that got betrayed but their relationship is simply business to business, it was made clear the first time they met that they are face to face not as people who love each other and vow to not cheat but as companies who Is forming an alliance with each other ( but I that's just my opinion, people have different views on what exactly is cheating ) also I think if that didn't happen ( the him getting set up with the fiance ) would that lose the entire plot?
