I think there are some details that wasn't included here, like aside from Cale sleeping 13 hours, he would even fall asleep during daytime when he sits on his chair looking outside his window while eating grapes. He doesn't only sleep 13 hours bruh. He loves doing nothing and sleeping so much to the point that the kids are worried if he's gotten sick.
