The nanny getting on my nerves a bit. I mean typically they are "like a mother" sooo if anybody around her should care enough to ask why or understand her... I mean.... why are you quilting me instead of silently taking my side? Yeah if it's the father's decision of course the many can't change anything but she could hug her or show disapproval to her but still follow her duties.
