To all the maxi slanderers, after reading up to the 162th chapter i literally personally believe that maxi is one of the strongest and realistic character ever. All the comments criticising her for being quick to tear, incapable and what not, i even saw someone calling her a pick me?? Hello after all the abuse and trauma she went through im literally surprised she could still function as much as she is. I know this is fiction but put yourself in her shoes, do u truly believe u wouldnt act exactly the way she does, if not worse? Let the girl actually process and heal through all the trauma. Im tired of the same old trope of abused FL automatically becoming capable after meeting the ML so this is refreshing and interesting. Loving someone after going through that much abuse is never easy. Even normal people struggle with human relationships let alone maxi- ugh i just wish people would comprehend the amount of abuse she’s been through and understand why she is the way she is
As someone who experienced a lot of the abuse Maxi did... I'm genuinely impressed by her progress at her age. She is still in her early 20s here. I'm 27 and would struggle to do a lot of what she has done so publicly.
I think people want to see someone quickly bounce back and get revenge quickly. And that just isn't how things work... And would just be a boring story?
