honestly, the way i see s3 plot going is yeoreum distancing himself to be more āgrown-upā and cause a rift between him and hyeonseon. and probably yeoreum self-sabotaging by breaking up with hyeonseon after hurting him, with hyeonseon feeling like yeoreum is cheating or no longer in love (swapping how they were in s1 maybe)?
