Right so I might have started adding stuff to my list and organizing them even though other's said to wait and others said that it's basically all done . But while browsing and opening stuff I remember reading, can I just do a shoutout to those users who painstakingly added public comments before - their thoughts, ratings, putting in the series order (prequels, sequels esp for mangas). You guys were mvps! I'll miss checking your input! I kind of want to reread those manga series I found again but now I dont have an order list from the comments. I hope you guys get those back!!
I feel you! I read a lot of long mangas and is been so complicated to find the order for them
In general i would relay on those descriptions so much now I feel lost when checking stories
Mangaupdates or animelist could help but that means opening another tab when we could just check the comments previously never knew I relied on those comments so much as well
Look I can probably remember manhwas I read if I just browse through the library, but it's the mangas I'm worried about
Lol I feel you. There’s very few mangas with very distinct covers that I can recognize but I’m never finding/intensifying them based on their names

Try going through your topics and bookmarks and pictures. That helped me a lot.

Right so I had a thousand in my already read list and only got 60 back and it seems the 2026 reads are now slowly coming back. My problem is the ones that came back are the ones I've rated or added tags, while the rest with no ratings and tags are not back. I guess this is another thing to wait a fix for on
yes in the comments on this post https://www.mangago.me/home/mangatopic/21092806/ only the first run finished which for most people are the rated or tagged already read ones and succeeding runs will then do reading, want to read, non-rated/non-tagged, bug fixes, etc

I don't think if someone was still active in 2026 that they would have everything back already, the stories seems to come back in years added and not by account creation. So for example I'm now slowly getting back stuff from 2020/2021 but even those are only coming back gradually.

my account is feb 2020 and only 660/2000 came back.. and its on the wrong places with comments being deleted only tags stayed
It's actually by account creation. I created my acct 2021 and have some come back in my already read list. Yesterday and the day before that i think was 2020 users
At least it's slowly coming back i guess there are still more fixes needed. I'm actually asking users who have their accounts created before 2020. They were the first ones with restored lists
Well logically if you have stories added to your list in 2020 then you must have already have had an account back then but I have not heard of anyone having all the stories back since the stories seem to be coming back from date added and not in the logic of every account getting their full list back and moving onto the next user ( or maybe someone had gottene everything back dating until 2026 but by that logic my account it also from around 2020, my lists should have already been back if thr 2021 accounts are getting their lists back)

Nope, my account is from 2016 and have alot saved in my lists,
I'm getting back the "already read" list slowly, however I also noticed that the list from "want to read" and "reading" are coming back to the "already read" list...
I hope it will be fixed when they are done, since it will really be hard for me to redo them since I have more than 10,000+ in some of my list.. ╥﹏╥

Oh wow that is a lot!! But then again i've been reading for close to two decades so I understand haha. I'm hoping once they restore and put everything in already read, then they'll fix and put them in the proper lists. But i'm guessing this will take time

I've decided to stop using the site atm and I hope you guys should too. Log in every now and then to check. There are some people who have uploaded FAQs and said the lists are coming back. Give the devs time to fix this. I totally understand where they're coming from as a dev myself. Also, stop being annoying in social media. If it were up to me, new users would be invite only but mango admins are generous. Since the crackdown, people should have automatically been hush hush, not yap in social media, you're just making things worse. That effort could have been used to collectively ignore and block those trolls, but nooo

Hmmm okay my lists are gone but i'm receiving notifications for the titles i've tagged as currently reading so I guess something's being done. When i open a manhwa/manga main page, it's also not showing as tagged. I'm not touching anything / adding anything until a few hours in case it gets wonky if our lists come back
But pls restore our lists!! Even if we're the only ones who can see. It's very precious! Mango gods pls!!
Some of the titles i've been reading have come to an end or in hiatus so now i'm sometimes getting just one notification per day. I've been letting others in my TBR pile marinate. Now my other problem with letting stuff marinate is that I can't retain the plot in my mind if I read them in one go. Some of them get side stories after some time and then i'm like, what's the story about again?

I used to do that, but after some of my lists are gone, it's hard to rewrite the reviews and summaries and all. so i gave up.
