You've only mentioned the works you consume, how do u act in real life? Do u feel your morals changing because of the media you consume? Your preferences may be abnormal but as long as youre able to distinguish morally in real life, and the fact that you acknowledge your preferences are weird makes you normal.

Personally I think it's a multitude of factors, I myself started getting couple of white hair when I started college despite everyone in my family having mostly shiny black hair even in their 40s.
It's got to be things like the stress from constantly doomscorlling, poor eating habits, maybe even the pollution.
