I don't know...i think Seungbae isn't completely normal, either. A couple years at the police station and he'll go insane. At the end of the story all three can go to the mental hospital.
i have this feeling that he says things out of hunch and its no good because that's why they started not taking him seriously and now that he's going further on the investigation (by himself which is bad too) i have a feeling that's he's about to get in a lot of trouble
