This was literally so duckin adorableee it made me cry like how does this author cook every single time with their stories legit manages to make a short yet interesting and satisfying plot with just pure love between the characters every time
Idk if it was just me but when I started reading the last ch, I really thought at first that Shavonne was having like a last dying dream or smth with how happy it seemed. Maybe I’m missing novel context or maybe the reading comprehension devil got me but I’m just wondering how Lewellyn got Shavonne medical help before he bled to death. I would imagine that the penitentiary would be far away from towns (tho I am def not complaining with Shavonne surviving lol). And I was a little confused with how the Farrell guy didn’t die initially from all those gun shots too, but I mean ig he still ended up dying lol. I really do love Shavonne’s and Lewellyn’s love for each other. Them becoming each other’s whole world is everythinggg. However, I just felt a little empty after reading the ending ╥﹏╥ I wish we could’ve seen more of the two and just them having a happy slice of life romance with no worries. Nonetheless, I think this was a very beautiful story.

I agree with this thread! On top of that when shavone peeked at the peephole. It seemed like it was llwelyns dead eyes or something? Like a glimpse of reality idk omfg I was so fucking creeped out when a zoomed in of his eyes suddenly appeared. I almost dropped my heart. I still would love to believe that this isn't a lucid dream but I just don't know what to believe it until I have evidence it isn't... Have u read the novel?

Wow…it’s been a while since I’ve read something that literally made me bawl my eyes out. I regret reading this. This story is just pain and suffering ╥﹏╥ and from what I’ve read from the comments, it appears they end up together in the end which I don’t really know how to feel about. Aeroc didn’t deserve anything that he had to go through in that first life. He never wanted for Rapiel to suffer in that sort of inhumane way. He should’ve definitely expected the worse from any crooks he hires to carry out a “punishment.” That was a grave mistake on his part. Still, it does not justify all the shit Kloff put him through. He was just cruel and evil. I can understand the torment he went through from losing his lover and child, but did he really have to act in such an inhumane way towards Aeroc? Like those crooks? I really can’t believe they would end up together. Just thinking about it makes me so sad for Aeroc. He deserves better. I find it hard to be able to like Kloff even if in the 2nd and 3rd life he is technically “innocent.” Just because he hasn’t committed those acts from the 1st life, does it completely erase that he is the type of person who would be cruel, say something horrible was to occur again? Since he has his memories in his 3rd life, it doesn’t really count but still. His first life has solidified a lot in his character for me. I get that’s the point of these reincarnation stories, to redeem oneself, but man it’s really hard to forgive Kloff from his first life.

Nah, they eventually end up together and have babies but it’s like a.. bittersweet ending? Because Aeroc keeps having PTSD attacks from his past life and Klopp doesn’t understand why he can’t be fully happy given he’s doing his best to make him happy.

I get what you feel… Aeroc didn’t deserve what Clough did, he’s really a monster. I wish we had a second ml at least but he’s really stuck with Clough because of the imprint.
I wrote a fanfic just to vent my frustration and give Aeroc a different partner (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ and screw with Clough! There are better options out there Aeroc… Clough is a major red flag!
