He Tian forcefully joined Mo's gang in a previous chapter. In China, the leader of a gang is usually called " da ge," which is literally translated into "biggest/eldest brother." -ge itself is also a suffix. So that's why Tian calls Mo "Mo-ge."

Yes! It's a suffix to address a man of elder age to indicate respect, but in a gang's context, it is used for the higher-ups irrespective of age.
Ah Chinese people use -ge to address their lovers, sometimes irrespective of age too.

Comics are uploaded here when somebody buys them (if they are are in a physical copy there is scanning of pages), editing, translation itd. Some of the Lezhin comics are just bought from Lezhin and uploaded here. Somebody spends their own money on it, and not every comic is going to be uploaded here.
I do sound a bit mean, but I'm not attacking you, but I need to clarify this, apparently a lot of people do not know this.
