I just get irritated mad easily. Like even genuinely to the point if someone BREATHES to loud I actually get mad. Like at least TRY not to breathe so loud. Its annoying and I have to deafen myself by blasting my ears with my earbuds to tune you out. Its even more annoying when theyre somehow LOUDER than my earbuds and its NOISE CANCELLING. So yea I get pissed off real quick. I was already frothing at the mouth over this stupid horse sooo... fake uploads pmo. Plus all of it was just dumb brainrot and literally none of brainrot has ever been funny.

Already did (mostly forcefully signed up), it was really just over my relationships, not rly abt any other issues. Wont go into it much but yea the sessions have been over since December. Ill learn to get over it. Ive also learned maladaptive daydreaming does wonders
