Guys I need help finding a bl manhwa… so basically there was this one manhwa I read a bit ago (completed) and there was a side arc (after the main couple already got together) and they traveled to a tropical spot (I think the top grew up there), and they were greeted by the tops old friend who was a blond twink. The blond twink keeps trying to sleep with this older pub/bar owner, to no avail. Until at like the very end, where they sleep together and the bar owner says something like “I’ve like you for a bit” or “I’ve been waiting” please I’ve been looking for so long… （￣へ￣）

so basically all I remember of this manhwa/hua was that a girl was a doctor (historically) in her past life but then got reincarnated into the modern world as a sickly girl with long black hair and had and evil family that consisted of a stepmom, a stepsister, and her father. And the ml was obviously super rich and he has this sickness and it only calms down when she’s next to him or something. The first scene with them together was when The fl lead was running from these two assassins that her mom sent to kill her, which made her run into the mls car, not knowing, and he was having some sort of heart attack. She hugged him, left a note and flees again. The cover art I think was her wearing a red dress with the ml about to bite into her neck. He also has black hair, and she has black eyes. PLEASE HELP ME GUYS IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR SO LONGGGGG!
