Awful. It could have been interesting, but it's seriously bad
The story makes no sense if you put more than two seconds of thought into it.
Characters are either incredibly bland (i mean... they're brainwashed for the most part so that's to be expected i suppose), clichee (like seriously... what was that cop with the "my wife and child were KILLED so now i'm seeking revenge at all cost " backstory...) or just plain stupid (looking at you, main heroine -although i will admit the ploy to get the TV and the rest on her side was great).
Were the panties down shot every time they use their spear useful or tasteful ? (No)
That is far from being empowering unlike what another comment suggests.
I will now proceed to go vomit in the same manner as kindness-allergic girl.

Ok quick question, why is this ranked in comedy out of all the possible categories ?
