U right. They used to physically scan books and they were virtually unreadable.
I agree some manhwa translation have become worst cuz some people are not good with cleaning using raw site to get raws and not good with language use goiglr translation, before scan mangas got so much good translation cuz those translators were studying those language like in uni and were doing manga as their hobby to improve with scan group .
And SOME TRASH here use their translations without permission to post on fb & insta to gain followers! And get caught by the author lol Fucking newbies! Don't know the rules...I think this is one of the reasons why some scans groups would just drop & just make us join their discord. Coz they're the ones the author's agencies/legal sites talk to make them stop translating...I mean its not I don't go to legal sites to support the author, I can pay but even after reading it there I still come back to mangago to read it again lmao...idk its a habit ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Lol true I also read on legal site especially those have legal translation , but mangas I can't read legally cuz u know physical copies I can't buy I have to to hide it from my family it would be hectic so I have to depend on mangago for that , also comment section of mangago is enjoyable sometime unless it's not toxic.

The things that bug me is that it was always traditional to drop works once they got an English release. But with the ease of access that webtoons have, fan translations don’t stop. Then we have a huge gap between official and fan and its so annoying. I’m new to reading online, but I’ve heard of stories of the past and things really have changed.
