They're bankrupting Angenas. That's not him helping. That's him tying the noose. Grandpa might wanna play the longer game but Perez asking for a fine when Angenas is floundering at the loss of the head of the family is gonna make them even more desperate. I think it's a game of pros and cons. Perez choosing a potentially more dangerous route fits his character. Lombardi grandfather is more of a plan ahead kind of guy. His plan might have taken longer but it would have hurt them deeper. Still, the outcome of this meeting was hitting two birds with one stone. Angenas lost money and is shamed for causing the accident that killed their patriarch. Win-win.

Don't worry about it. Grandpa was also annoyed after all. His plans are usually the same with Tia's but she's more flexible when it comes to these things which is actually funny. Tia would understand Perez's plans better than Rulac but she would also understand her grandfather's frustration with Perez. She dotes on them both and I'm not sure she realizes just how much she spoils the two men.

He has the right. His father was legitimately married to his brother's mother. The Hugh family probably only had daughters and no sons but it's a Duchy and so it needs to continue. Having a man marry in and take over the family was normal. So his father became the rightful heir of the family name, so when his brother's mother died and eventually got into another relationship and Zachary was born, Zachary is still a rightful heir but just not a Hugh by blood but by name. His brother is being vindictive for no reason other than feeling resentment bc he felt like Zachary stole everything from him when he didn't. Zachary being born isn't his fault and basically his brother thinks it is.
Okay so what i got it's more about the title and who inherit it not the actual blood relation to the family so since Zachary is the son of the head of the family at the time he has the right even if it's not his family necessarily

Both Ian's and Brian's lives have been different. Where Brian grew up to be a leader respected by most, Ian had to live his life believing he was a monster and was brain-washed to belive no one besides Lorkan would ever love him. Now, he metido someone who could understand and love him, only to discover he sees is past self in him, can you even guess how that must feel?
Besides, at the end of the day they're still the same person. If you dislike Ian and think that this flashback (which is not the main story) it's better then i recommend you drop this manhwa as soon the flashback it's over. This is a story about Ian, Brian is just a part of him.

Girl i never said i dislike ian i said i like brian personality the most as in the whole manhwa i was not even thinking about ian when i said that to begin with the only time i thought about him is when he didn't recognise his face and even this i was saying it as a joke . Also i can still like both but like one more and let's say it was the case and i dislike ian why would i drop the manhwa when the plot is good

Probably because the FL never gets to grow past the age of 18 or 20 and this is the first time she actually has a non-traumatic childhood. So she never truly got to be a proper kid and she’s in no hurry to grow because all that means to her, is she’ll die.
Like in most isekais the people who actually die are usually in their early 20s and also they dont completely remember their past life once they prohress their next life as a baby so that can be one factor why the mental age is somewhat same as their physical age in the current birth.
For the mc in this story, well other than the awarenesses maturity around her is more but again she used to die everytime after she turned 20s so theres her mental age reset too.
