The male doctor has been creepy af before he even went evil laughter level. I hope he dies for real. Doctor Anna ( I think)....DUMB! After all that with giving the MC that infertility medicine that she didn't know what it was made of....she trusts the creepy doctor and gives the MC some random headache medicine??? Him being able to "adapt" the medicine to headache meds was stupid also.
IDK what the point of the fox was. And why she would send it school with him.
Alotta drag, I've skipped chapters and missed nothing. Heard the novel is better, so will prob go and check that out.
First time I noticed the art changing was around ch70. They started giving the ML the middle part hairstyle occasionally then. The art was a bit more refined, but some of the uniqueness of the style was lost.
This is also when the weird lighting they do on the hair, I first noticed. The eyebrows and hair right above the forehead has weird highlights. The ML's eyebrows are gray most of the time or the same color as his skintone. Looks odd.
The big art change was ch.116. In some ways it's a smoother and better style (the faces look awkward from some angles though), but the uniqueness of the original style was lost. Some side characters I could not recognize anymore. How the MC's hair was drawn was a big loss in particular. Also her eyes.
The censoring was always present for the bed scenes but it became very weird. Half of entire panels were censored white bodies or black voids. I can only assume the censoring was done after the art was drawn bc it's very awkward and disruptive.
Ch. 134, we suddenly get boobs jumpscare. It felt like tits and ass were like unlocked all the sudden. Very jarring. I know MC was always meant to have smaller breasts, but it's really inconsistent. Her uncensored breasts were shocking with how small they were! If they're gonna be that small, then commit to it!!
Minor grievances:
Inconsistent hair. She either has fringe or she doesn't. Same with the ML. He can slick his fringe back, but switching between the full forehead cover fringe and the middle part style is not right!
The dress design is too modern for the women half the time! The men's wear is mostly that fantasy western style, but the women's dresses have just become super modern with no fantasy element. Very odd!
I don't know who told all these mangakas that using those weird jewelry images looked fine...but they were lying! It looks like sticker pasted on a picture. Nothing in these mangas are even drawn besides the people and sometimes just theyre faces. Like the 3d-modeled worlds and 3d-modeled objects looks bizarre. I mind that less since it's mostly background and filler stuff. But the jewelry are front and center! We're supposed to pay attention and it looks sooo bad ugh. Again every other manga is doing this too so it's a minor grievance bc of that.
I'm here for the slimes. I adore them. Every chapter without slimes is heartbreaking. If this didn't have the slimes, I wouldn't read it. I don't care about any of the characters.
Everyone in this manga is stupid and impossible to understand.
I literally don't recognize the ML anymore. Like his looks and personality. He dyed his hair (eyebrows and eyelashes) for most of the story.
The bestiality thing was weird and made no sense.
The ML acts like he was born yesterday. The MC makes choices I simply don't understand. They just fuck everywhere with no thought.
They keep showing other people who are maybe from a spin off or same world story and it feels like weird cameos.
I cannot understand the world of this manga. There should be laws with this abo nonsense but it doesn't seem like it.
Also I would hate working with those bodyguards like the interpersonal drama is crazy.
The drugged chocolate thing pissed me off. Like those were truffles which can be like $3 a pop. No one would put them all in bowl like that. And unless the room was cold, they would be melting. Crazy thing to drug, just drug water and offer it. And how the fuck are you drugging truffles, the outer shell would crack if you tried to inject anything and they aren't something you make in a kitchen....It would take so much effort to drug them when water is much easier and more likely for bodyguards to drink.

I don't care for the story. Don't care about the characters. The sex scenes I dont even like. The art is a little wonky. BUT the top's face when he's all flushed is super nice. If the top doesn't even look a little bit fucked out, what's the point? The smug asshole face can only carry a man so far

All the good reviews blow my mind. The art is bleh, which would have been forgivable if the plot was any good...and it's not anything close to good. I've read a buncha QT stories and this was prob one of the worse. I felt like I was missing half of the story.
