I watched the anime and I read the manga and still I don't like it. Okay, she's rebirth back with her memory when shes 12. Okay Fine. I expect it to be like those villainess anime but looking from the whole major plot, The plot will focus on her age 12 to 14. Which is still underage. I know it's the author decision to make this Oh the goddess can possess all girls age 14 and above and now the dragon emperor need to find 13 and below and the younger the better. ( That's literally not OKAY ) and FL aren't that OP as I think so.
And it IS THAT PROBLEMATIC If you add that there's INCESTOUS AFFAIR between the brother and sister and the sister is 14 FUCKING YEARS OLD.
Another point if after the rebirth, there's a change in plot where the sister then propose to marry the dragon emperor and SHES FUCKING 10 YEARS OLD.
SEE...there's definitely a theme here and the whole anime is about better bride, marriage. That is so disgusting and FL who is currently 12 keep saying about marriage and bla BLA BLA. and SEEING THE DRAGON EMPEROR Getting possessive/yandere TO A FUCKING MINOR is GODDAMN CREEPY.
ALL the major key points I can get from this anime is basically: Underage, Marriage, Bride, Incest, Dragon
I'm actually astonished how my childhood anime actually have problematic parts. I know in anime, they downplay the problematic parts.
I don't know if it's Japanese culture or what but kissing is still cheating. even if you kiss as final whatsoever bc you alrdy involved with a other person.
Like examples in this manga, Hibiki who is Takuto's ex gf. Takuto was suppose to have a date with Mitsuki and Yet when Hibiki kiss him, he blushes and did not push her away and basically just enjoying the kiss BUT when he saw Mitsuki saw them kissing, he then pushes Hibiki away which basically cheating.
Second example is Mitsuki maternal grandma, Fubuki. She initially knows Meroko(Moe) fall in love with Seijurou first and Meroko keeps talking Abt Seijurou and Seijurou accidentally gain first impression to Fubuki bc he thought she likes him and Unfortunately no matter how she's trying to downplay the effect, Fubuki basically hides from Meroko that Seijurou visited and gifted her expensive gifts ( seeing her behind her back) and Fubuki then fall in love with Seijurou and they are seeing each other and when Fubuki fall ill, Seijurou then break her engagement with that ugly scum to get engaged with her and unfortunately Meroko get forced engaged with that ugly scum and she finally know that Seijurou get engaged with Fubuki. Which then She saw her and Seijurou kissing. And after that ugly scum forced himself to her, it's like a final straw and she committed suicide.
And Fubuki supposed to be forgiven cuz it's their final kiss before 'break up' for Meroko sake which is just pathetic in my opinion. Cuz You ain't innocent either.
Lastly, about Masami ooshige. The female manager of Mitsuki. It was a big shocked for me bc in anime, she's a cheerful manager but in official manga, She's having an affair with a married man, who is the president of their talent agency albet is a toxic affair. which I do not condone.
