Go to the manga page > scroll down to the "chapters" section > there should be an "upload chapter" button
If it’s a new manga send an email to webmaster @mangago.me with all the information like title, cover, etc that you would find on a manga homepage
Someone also said if it's a new manga, you could just upload it to bat0.t0 and wait for mggo bot to upload it hereIdk why they said that tho, maybe it's quicker
