If they're gonna really get "back together", then i would say it's on the novel side story (and it's a really long way to go). Idk how the manhwa is gonna adapt the novel, maybe they'll follow the exact same flow in the novel.
Based on the manhwa's latest chapter, their relationship is gonna be quite okay some time later but Jun is being careful/wary. When they had finished high school, Jun ran away to overseas (where his parents stayed) and cut off Yohan completely. He didn't even attend the graduation ceremony. They reunited again at the university. And the turning point was when Yohan saved Jun from the acid accident and got admitted to the hospital.
Iirc, both Jun and Yohan didn't confess their feelings directly (?). Since they already knew they have feelings for e/o so they become lovers smoothly (?)
