In the middle of the series, it switches to focus almost entirely on Shinohara, and the two leads from the beginning of the series take a back seat to him. Oh well, he was more attractive and interesting than the bodyguard kid anyway. I'm kind of dinging the Free Love approach of sex with multiple partners without romance getting in the way. I don't see that a lot so it's refreshing I guess.

I guess this comment would be a big spoiler for the latter chapters, so I'll just hide it way down here.....

I miss the love triangle of the would-be seme trying to woo the would-be seke away from the tsundere uke who plays hard to get. But to think He-Tian would give up on Jian-Yi so easily & fall for the guy who was bullying his previous love interest was a twist I could not have predicted. He-Tian seems like the Helga Patacky type who teases or bullies his love interests; I feel sorry for Redhead ;_;

    Xixi doesn't "play hard to get", he's just a late bloomer who is still around 15 and not ready for romantic love, and less horny than the others.
    It was strange that He Tian gived up so fast... I think he wasn't really in love with Jian Yi but more like attracted to him and desperate for love and attention... so when he realised that Jian Yi's heart is already someoneelse's he lost the potential romantic interest and realised his friendship is more valuable... Also, I believe He Tian disliked and resented Mo Guan Shan for hurting his friends, that's why he was so sadistic, cruel at the beginning... he has inner rage... then he continue to stalk him because he was curious and desperate for some sort of friendship or attention, and gradually he started to realise that Redhead isn't so bad but just hurting inside and letting his anger get the best of him....
    But yes, He Tian does have some similarities with Helga Patacky.

    I'm glad he gave up on Jian Yi since He Tian and Mo make a more comedic pair (now, not before). Jian Yi didn't really react to him while Mo does and it's more entertaining.
