It was about a couple.the seme kept on playing with others . Seme was dependent on the uke for money I guess. So the uke left him because seme once again cheated. The uke went to his doctor friend.
In later chapter, the uke and seme came across each other. The seme was with some other man. And that man pushed the uke from the stairs and doctor frnd rescues him.

I am looking for 2 yaoi:

2nd yaoi was about a younger brother(uke) who was in love with his older brother. He was in a physical relationship with his older bro's friend as a replacement. They did it in a karaoke room. The seme also gave uke a piggyback ride.

Searching for a manga I remember vaguely .
It's a school life manga . It is a yaoi or shoujo.
In one of the chapter , a girl ( seme like , knows martial arts and everyone look up to her ) comes to the uke / the female lead and says that she can protect her/him , he /she should be with her.
Later a fire starts and she could not be able to protect the uke/the mc. The seme saved him .
