Unfortunately, this ended up happening to everyone after the website got leaked and spread around too much online. I’m not 100% sure, but I heard it was because people were trying to shut the site down while the owners were doing their best to keep it running. Eventually, everything started working again, but a lot of people lost their bookmarked manga some lost everything, while others only had a few bookmarks left. (hopefully I explained everything properly- also sorry if it's a lot) ╮(￣▽￣)╭
