This is so beautiful. I love how empathetic Ruby is and I LOVE the way they portray her character. She is a strong character but not in a physical sense. She’s strong because she’s able to mentally go through horrible things and keep on going, until she finally finds a reason to live. I love how they never changed Iz’s loyalty towards Ruby, despite all the things surrounding them. This manhwa truly made my 3am read so pleasant.. well except for some parts where I felt absolutely repulsed by Cezar. HE IS SO DISGUSTING WTF. BUT ANYWAYS, 10/10 not a manhwa reincarnation slop. The grief is so heavy but so is the love they have for each other.
Im so confused, there’s nothing to look forward to besides the blooming romance of the two. Not really my cup of tea, this is more like a slice of life manhwa.. there’s no ultimate goal??
I mean my assumption while reading has always been that the main plot (ultimate goal) is her eventually fighting the Salt King, Salt Princess, and even the half-brother prince? Seems everything else is going to be her finding love, power, her “place”, y’know the whole “this is just supposed to be a book but now I feel like I belong in this world” type situation.
But idk that’s just how I’m reading it. I personally love this series, even if doing what she loves has made her less of a homebody. I’m def the same type as her though so I personally enjoy it because it lets me dream that things can change.

Married to each other yet no heartfelt confession, when will this yearning end
