    find a really good story you like, and look in lists. if you’re really desperate, find a story you like x2 and scour the comments and see if anyone has the same take as you, then go into their account usually their taste aligns with my own

    not to name names but Istg the recommended lists under like every manga are always by that one person, and they all have like 200 manga where 80% r doodoo, so now I just usually look in the questions page for when other ppl ask for specific manga recs that sound good.
