In real life BSDM is consensual, but for the whole thing to make sense, the people involved will try to belive, at least for the duration of the roleplay, that the abuse they are suffering is real.
To me there is no question this manwua is product of the imagination of someone with rape play and humiliation fetishes. The scenarios portrayed in the history do not necessarily represent the moral compass of the author, actually that is a very silly thing to think.
If you are too sensitive to this kind of material you should not consume it, you should not translate it (i can't even believe I'm saying this) and you should not critize the author based on the offence you took on behalf of fictional characters.
