Those are very yaoi-ful proportions

The main problem with this story (for me) isn't that this dynamic has been done a trillion times before. It's that in terms of dialogue/execution there's not much interesting going on. I feel like I'm reading a stereotypical romance plot but there isn't anything interesting going on for it outside of very pretty art. This is not helped by the fact that this author/artist has basically reskinned the personalities of the characters of their past work and upped the ante. These personalities and dialogue felt more believable and down to earth when the story was about college students fumbling through a cautious, ambiguous relationship. I don't find fault when a story ends up at a predictable destination, but when the journey to get there feels drawn out and boring then well ¯_(ツ)_/¯ (I'm tuning in to see the conclusion and because i enjoy the art. Please leave the "stop reading if you hate it comments!!" At the door thanks)
