i can’t speak for sure but as someone who’s neurodivergent and has autistic friends, it seems pretty obvious they’re both on the spectrum. both webtoons also mention that the the mcs went to a doctor about their anti-social issues when they were kids and were told they have cognitive impairments
I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING. i came to the comments to see if anyone would mention it. :’) im also on the spectrum and i found that i related to some of his behavior or thinking. the way the ml also said that the mc wouldn’t understand his social cues (and the whole ark of misunderstandings because the mc can’t communicate his intentions properly), but i mean same lol

This story has a different take on things which could just have been just you're regular BL omegaverse...and I enjoyed this for this take !!!!
