I see a lot of comments that hates the ending or the chasing arc but I read this in one sitting and I like it. The alpha is a little sick in the head we know that, the omega knows that and he pulled himself away, made a boundary and good thing the alpha realized his mistakes and love for MC. He gave him space and fix what he could fix then said he love MC wholeheartedly which the MC wants most. MC is a simpleton, that’s what he dreamed of to be loved and lived normally.
I saw similarities to Kiss Me Liar but omega in this story was better at escaping and hiding from the alpha
I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but there are fwb that is genuinely friends with benefits. I know MC likes ML and ML is stupid for not noticing it for so long but you can’t just blame the ML for wanting to stay friends with someone who’s been with him for a long time and have a good friendship with. I honestly appreciate the ML for wanting to not take it further if MC doesn’t want it or if something change in their dynamic (MC having feelings) because ML don’t like/want the MC like that yet. ML does not want their friendship to change because of the drug incident and I think that’s valid.
