Well the thing is that there is so little representation for alpha females in general that like, I have always wondered. Ik they supposed to have both dick and a vagina (many times there'll be a story with a alphaxalpha hetero couple hence they still got vagina). So I am wondering if it's similar situation to takai where maybe they have an abnormally bigger "peen" above the vagina and when they get into rut or whatever it *GROWS* lmao. So maybe when they were born the doctors assumed they were some kind of new intersex type. Since in this case doctors would be more inclined to study their DNA to figure out "what can be 'done'" (they likely to "correct" ambiguous denetalia from ignorance), it would stand to reason they would end up choosing to not do anything to the genitalia bc I imagine it would be a full-on mini-dick where it wasn't ambiguous, just a clear "oh they have BOTH..." hence likely to be studied as they grow up and so it would be nowhere near of a revelation compared to a man having flown under the radar until his first heat. I think females will grow a dick just like how a man can become an omega and produce an organ that can gives birth. What if the clit become the dick? I think I read somewhere that the bigger the clit, the bigger will be our dick, if we were born as male.

In most works I've seen with a female alpha, they usually have both a dick and a vaginal opening (and everything inside). Since this world is still being introduced to the concept of Alphas and Omegas, and we can see that people are mutating to have a second gender instead of newborns being born with a second gender, then it's highly likely that female alphas will grow a dick, just like how the Alpha in this story noticed his dick growing (though the women are definitely gonna have longer growth compared to men).

From a scientific standpoint, the clitoris is probably going to turn into their new dicks. As a fetus, the original base before our bodies decide to pick if we become female or male, is the same for both sex. The appearance of the Y chromosome is what decides if that base becomes a dick and balls or a clitoris and labia. So, yeah. It's probably gonna grow into one.

Yah i also thought about your fetus explanation. It can be possible that the author might skip about alpha females because if they do i would be kinda disappointed. It would be so interesting to know how the first female alpha deal with their changing body. When this was first introduced in novels, the general consensus in yuri or het stories is that the clitoris get kinda bigger during estrus, it gets to the point where it can easly thrust and kind of knots in the same way as what we know from yaoi
