Having watched the anime too, it follows the manga pretty well up until ep 7 or so. then it starts sprinting to complete the story arc while skipping a ton of stuff. Where the manga is at now (here) hasn't quite hit where the anime ends but it's close. it's also got WAAAY more going on so it's been interesting to read.
