Basically it’s the memories of what happened before, it’s real and Ido was a huge dickhead because he misjudged Sejin. Sejin got raped by Ido’s brother first and then Ido himself. He commited suicide after finding out he was pregnant with Ido’s brother. Ido then discovered how big of a mistake he made and wanted to make it up to him in the next life and be a good husband (this is the shortest I could make it but I can go more into detail if you ask questions or sum)
