It's super wholesome!! The ml is extremely affectionate and a little flirty and fl is so cute that I want to bite her. Ml helps her so her ex-fiance will leave her alone by pretending he's a vampire lord and she's his new bride lol
have to say this one off the top of my head because it legitimately made me cry in the worst way because it was so sweet and just.. my god everything about it felt like I was getting a warm hug the whole time
add onto the fact it got an really good anime adapation in january of this year that somehow made the mc even more fine if possible and having more impressive serious game toward the mc
I also wanna say urusei yatsura (the original run alongside its original anime alongside its 6 I think movies alongside the ova’s but not the recent reboot that genuinely sucked for various reasons)
but it’s ‘not’ full on romantic since it’s a bit complicated to explain and I don’t wanna spoil too much even if the series is incredibly old
(aka it more so starts out with the male mc fucking ‘hating’ the female ml in the worst way understandably with everything she does constantly before he subtly grows to really care and love her throughout the series in his own way via various actions and words even if he can’t outright say I love you to her because it would be very ooc for him)
but there is actually certain episodes in the original series such as episode 44 and 10 in particular that’re my favourites because of the subtle but also not so subtle romantic undertones in both that I will not spoil
