Binge read this during an usual insomnia night, this made me nearly cry.
Spoilers: Satsuki gets a crush on Rika and while it's open ended, it's implied that he looses that crush as rika transitions, i would've loved to see them together but i think it's still good how it ended. In real life a lot of people loose attraction after the other person transitions, yet they still love and care for the trans person. I related a lot to the protagonist

SPOILER: it ends up with her accepting that she fell in love with her crush as a person and not for her sex/gender. It doesn't have trans themes but i liked the end :)
