Honestly if the author doesn't do anything in the side stories I think it's best to assume that Gilhan slowly rebuilt his life and pursued a healthier lifestyle with Suhan as his biggest motivation, and as for Suhan's hung I feel it would take a lot of work for him to get out of his complex towards Suhan and I personally don't see him getting much better since we really never saw any type of redemption for him...
