I thought grooming was specifically manipulating a minor while they’re growing up with the intention that the groomer and the minor get together when the minor’s older. In this case it’s like, brief interactions through childhood and then the slow development of a romantic relationship once jiwon’s an adult, AND it’s entirely accidental.
