for officials I'd suggest just following the author/artist on twt to keep updated since they usually re-tweet when officials come out for their series even in other languages and for being on this site usually just whenever someone decides to pick it up and upload it, I always stalk the updates section for whatever genres I like to see what's been added. there isn't really anyway to know when somethings gonna get picked up until it just shows up on here or you see an announcement for the officials on social media
