Spoiler I guess? This is just From my understanding since we got some chapter that's not really readable until the last update that got official translation, but based on the fact that in the past, Muni fell down the hole (or got down because of the young master), he somehow became comatose.

The young master regretted treating Muni like that and decided to do a ritual that would make the both of them reincarnated together.

There's a (or several) snake demon that can mimic others appearance and the shaman use the demon as a tool to do it.

The demon ended up messing the ritual and stole a part of Muni soul, and that's why giyoon is not whole. That snake is currently the clingy guy. Is it jumin? I forgot the name. Anyway, that's why we have been seeing him with long as neck and get killed by villager when he and giyoon fell into the red water.

The young master and Muni plus that snake has reincarnated over and over again, binding the young master soul and with part of Muni soul, he can dictate over him to do whatever he likes.

Anyway that's what I get from this since it's hard to understand the story with the current translation and since I haven't seen the recent raws.

Uh, nevermind some parts of this, I just went back to read the spoiler the translator gave on chapter 48 lol.

Currently none, seems like the newer chapters will be updated regularly by the uploader until the latest official release (I fuckin hope and pray) so I suggest to just wait
