The boy in the last panel was definitely Giwoo's child. Thats why, when he came to visit, during the phonecall of Lumi w/ his husband, she said something like "he's in her grandmother's house" maybe that was Giwoos child! because that time, she was already carrying the child of her dancer husband. It was so suspicious that after 4 years, she just got pregnant of her "first child" so definitely Lumi already got pregnant and delivered Giwoos boy when she also said something like "health issues"
