I might be alone in this, but I like Obsidian and Alexandrite. He's been waiting and respectful of her from the beginning and they looked like they had a real connection. Moon owl kinda came out of the blue for me. Sure, he might've been the childhood boy she had a crush on, but I personally didn't feel the connection between him and Obsidian. YES, he's hot, but what about the chemistry? I'm not sure yet ..
Eh tbh I still don’t like alexandrite either since he was looking for Marianne too since the beginning even if it wasn’t as strong as platinum was. All he knew about her was the act she had to portray.
Yeah, but honestly he said Marianne as an ideal type but he stuck by obsidian even when amber came who was acting to be more like Marianne. I don’t think he was looking for Marianne like platinum was, it seemed more like he was naming Marianne like one names a favorite idol rather than actively looking only for her. ALSO I know moon owl is hinted heavily at being her crush but I wouldnt be unsurprised if it was alexandrite honestly.
You have a point, I also felt bad when Alexandrite picked Obsidian two times in a row in that truth something event but she didn't pick him. He was rejected every time. Man, I love him since the first time they talk. If only Alexandrite didn't have a connection with Marianne in the past then they would've been the perfect couple. Obsidian wouldn't be scared to talk to him in case he figured out she isn't marianne. But ugh I love both Alexandrite and Moon Owl. So I think I'm fine with either of them.
Is it just me, or do the characters look 10 years younger than the beginning of the time skip? I reread chapter chapter 28 and internally sobbed because we were robbed of the masculine mc and ml
