i'm sorry i know this is not the right place to ask but i'm just confused why all of my bookmarks suddenly gone? does anyone have the same problem? :((( does anyone know how to retrieve it?
Everyone has the problem. Mangago's servers crashed and they couldn't get all the data back. Only titles that you rated or tagged will come back, the rest is lost. Check in your "want to read" and "already read" lists, some of your bookmarks may have been restored there.

yeah i’m just confused bcs it’s been like 4-6 months since i opened mango so i didnt know what was going on
I believe it went down for maintenance reasons? Not sure if that's what it was but that's what I heard. I think bookmarks and lists are slowly coming back based on how old your account is
