There was a manhwa I had just started before the great mangago wipe of 2026. I’ve rediscovered most of my comics and remade my lists but there is just one that I can’t find anywhere.
From what I vaguely remember, the mc is reincarnated into an otome game they played in their past life as the daughter of the original female lead i(n the bad ending of the game). Her fairy mother is held captive by her cruel father, the emperor, and she decides that she’s going to protect her mum and as soon as she’s able to talk/walk etc. they run away and live out in a village for a few years.
But eventually the father’s knights locate them and in trying to capture the mother almost kill the mc, which leads to the mother using some secret fairy spell to turn back time for the mc, sending her to the past (in the timeline it’s just before the beginning of the otome game). Then the mc searches for a duke, requests a meeting, and asks to become his disciple (?)
You wanted him to love you back as just Tianna and not as a fated mate forced on him… but now that he confesses you’re mad that he too prioritised love over obligation ????
