probably a system, or a game-like interface. where you do something, get exp, level up, get skill points. stuff like that.
as someone with a massive struggle with motivating myself i think this would help me a lot. it'll help me steadily increase my skills as well as probably award me if i get quests (hopefully with money.) i think its a fun powe......
