i assume sizuka now is in any spesial situation, i mean since the author making more detailing about the person and identity of omegaverse rather than about an alpha forces beta to be omega or opposite way so they can had child and married happily, i actually expected sizuka will ended in any emergency room bcs they explained that rut and heat it's not just about lust and mating. so yeah i even think the little ball on tye beginning story actually the mini of sizuka(right now he is following his alpha—perhaps like an inner child finally overjoyed to have someone he can call his soulmate) i hope that in the next chapter, sizuka wakes up and they can talk about their true feelings
