I stopped reading the moment she didn’t take the exam. She should’ve taken it, gotten first place, and watched that leech of a stepmother seethe with rage. FL should’ve started slipping something into her tea to make her throw up, since she knows about herbs, and just watched her puke. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Her stepmother was intimidating her, and she should’ve gone to her father and told him everything. I stopped reading because I can already tell she’s stupid and weak.
Can these two stop pretending they're completely innocent and that Mokyeon is the only one at fault? Sunhwa was deceiving Nanjo from the very beginning, and Nanjo is a grown man who could've gotten a grip and told Mokyeon "no" at any point.
Someone wrote something I completely agree with, so I'm going to quote it: "Nanjo is a very morally compromised person imo. 1)Sunhwa says he pretends to be drunk to jump Nanjo and trap him. Which means Nanjo, who didn't know Sunhwa's actual condition, essentially had sex with a drunk person. 2)He constantly lies to Sunhwa, whom he supposedly 'likes', about him being busy and then going to meet Mokyeon. There are countless ways to deal with someone (Mokyeon) threatening sexual abuse, especially for Nanjo who is rich and powerful. 3)A savior complex and arrogance so strong that he believes that what he knows is the only truth. He dismisses Mokyeon in their very first meeting without even considering what he is being told."

It’s absolutely hilarious how some people here are saying that the MC “robbed the FL of her bright future,” that she has the audacity to not give a shit about the FL, and are even calling her a homewrecker. The MC literally decided to change the ending of her own story. She refused to follow the plot where she was supposed to throw everything away, lose the life she had, and end up homeless on the streets. Like… what exactly was she supposed to do? Just obediently accept the future the author had planned for her from the start? And most importantly, why would she even care about the FL and what happens to her? It’s not her responsibility to sacrifice her own life just so the FL can get her “happy ending.” The MC isn’t a book character who’s supposed to obediently play her role, otherwise the FL will be sad. Lmao.
