Guy can you please recommend BLs that are slow burn and tragic with complex characters. And the romance is usually a sub plot while they have other stuff going on, could be solving crimes, gang related stuff. Something like Banana Fish, New York New York, Fake etc. Please, I desperately need to read something angst and complex.
kill the light’s is a bit complex since the ml is in love with technically a dead man from his own past (mason, aka the mc) unaware the real mason is actually dead but not ‘actually’ dead, since he was resurrected into another living person who was in a three month coma.
at the same time, ml is confused since he keeps sensing ml ‘from’ (mc, known now as haley, still a boy) and is trying to figure it out while at the same time things like jealously are going on in the background due to ‘haley’ being a famous albeit still disgraced actor, while he’s also trying to ‘not’ act like ‘mason’ to draw any weird suspicion to himself
I could go on, but it gets more complicated per say and you feel for both the mc ‘and’ the ml
