Delivery drivers never use their personal number. It’s always a number given through the app their delivering with, or a phone from work. But maybe it’s different in different countries, I guess
where I’m from they use their personal phones, highly doubt woowon would just give out his number to anyone he barely speaks to people and is very antisocial so that just doesn’t make any sense, and also since that one text said they asked around for his number it would be weird to assume he is the one giving it out
