I have a feeling she likes Nasu, but because she’s mentally weak, she can’t bring herself to admit that she may be falling in love with him since she promised Kaya that she’d never fall in love with anyone and that she’d never leave him.
Then again, she may also have feelings for Kaya too, she just doesn’t know it or understand it. I mean she calls him her “little brother” but doesn’t pull away when he kisses her. It’s giving cognitive dissonance.

It's shown to be an accident. He was playing around with his friends, knocked her books off the desk, and was picking them up. You can see he gets knocked backwards into the desk, then in the next panel he's crouching and picking it up.
No way to know if he's a new friend or an antagonist or obstacle, but at the very least in the short term at least he cleans up after himself?
