Giryu's simply honest & kind-natured, but not outstanding like general ML, perhaps not as cool & wise as the villain Jermel too. - That makes senses thou why Judith & Calipa chose to be with Jermel. Then for some reason Calipa suddenly killed herself several years later and it turned out Judith had been manipulated and got killed by Jermel though she's a prodigy.
